The TerraTrike is a superior product and we stand behind
it. If, for any reason (including non-acceptance of the terms and
conditions herein) you are not 100% satisfied with your TerraTrike,
simply contact us to discuss the return. Then bring or ship the
trike back to us in its original condition and packaging, and receive
a FULL REFUND, less shipping and handling if it applies. Item must
be received no later than 30 days after our original shipping date.
Once the 30 days is up, you've bought yourself a trike! If the unit
is returned in less than new condition, WizWheelz reserves the right
to deduct for any damages. Please save your box and take extreme
care in repackaging the product.
This guarantee
applies to all WizWheelz trikes purchased direct from WizWheelz.
This is in place for those customers who do not have the opportunity
or choose not to test ride and purchase through a dealer. So if
you'd like to order your TerraTrike sight unseen from the factory,
we offer you this guarantee.
Warranty
WizWheelz warrants to the original owner that all its trike frames,
seat frames, and steering components are free of defective materials
and workmanship. To apply, owner must have purchased directly from
WizWheelz or through a WizWheelz authorized dealer. Additionally,
the trike must be assembled by WizWheelz or the authorized dealer.
This warranty is limited to three (3) years from the original date
of purchase from WizWheelz or the WizWheelz authorized dealer. Warranty
is conditioned upon the trike being operated under normal conditions
and properly maintained. Warranty does not apply to paint/finish or
components attached to the frame. Attached components are subject
to the warranty, if any, of its original manufacturer. Warranty claims
must be presented with original invoice to WizWheelz or the authorized
dealer within the warranty period. WizWheelz reserves the sole discretion
to repair or replace any parts covered by this warranty. Original
owner shall be responsible for all labor, shipping, and travel costs
related to repair or replacement of warranted parts. This warranty
does not apply to normal wear and tear, or any defects, malfunctions,
or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper
maintenance, alterations, collisions, or misuse.

you have a warranty claim, contact us. We love our customers, and
we want to keep you riding.
Liability
Waiver
Riding a bike or trike can result in injury or death. By riding
a WizWheelz trike, the rider is expressly assuming the risk for
any injury that may result from same. The owner is responsible for
any and all injuries and/or property damages caused by someone riding
the owner's trike. The owner shall indemnify WizWheelz for any damage
or financial loss incurred by WizWheelz as the result of an injury
or property damage caused by someone riding the owner's trike

And Handling
We use Con-Way for fully assembled trikes. UPS is used for most
other shipments. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once
your package leaves our building.

Delivery Schedule
We assemble and ship your order as soon as possible. We will normally
send your order within 10 business days but this can vary depending
on current supply. Check the website or call for the current estimate.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back ordered
items are not charged to your credit card until they are ready to
be shipped. We will cover any additional shipping charges that will

Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalog,
click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into your
shopping cart. After you have finished selecting your items, click
on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to complete the order. Your personal information
is encrypted for complete security. You may also place your order
by phone with one of our friendly team members or mail, email, or
fax in your order. Either way is fine with us.
We accept credit
cards, cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks. Personal
checks must clear before shipment however. If you are shopping from
outside of the United States, your credit card company will convert
the transaction to your own currency automatically.
Accepted credit
cards include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We may charge a $500 deposit if your trike is not currently in stock
but typically your card is not charged at all until the day we ship
your trike. You may send your credit card information via phone,
fax, postal mail, or via our secured server within our online catalog.

Credit Card Security
We use a secured server for online orders. All credit card numbers
are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128
bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your information
will be kept completely confidential. We have been in business since
1996 and have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for years
without ever having a single complaint (click logo below to check).
We take these matters seriously. Rest assured your sensitive information
is completely safe with us.

WizWheelz, Inc. does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
'Cookies' are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents
of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery
addresses, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember
Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery
purposes.
Tax Charges
Our business is operated from Michigan, USA. Michigan sales tax
(6%) will be applied to all orders made from within the state of
Michigan or picked up in Michigan. If we are shipping outside of
Michigan to a customer who orders from outside of Michigan, we do
not charge any sales tax.
